This rescue does such incredible work with these dogs – some of the dogs are rescued from horrifying conditions – animal hoarders, abusive or neglectful situations, or even filthy dumpster sites. SoCo also takes in owner surrenders – in other words, they do every single thing within their power to make sure EVERY SINGLE DOG has a chance at a happy, healthy life with a forever family.
